Purchased 17 mar 2024. Worked fine foe about 6 months, then lost wifi connection, been trying for months to reconnect with no luck. Followed the directions multiple times also with no luck. A verry expensive clock and phone charger. Would not recommend camera function does not work for long.

The wireless phone charging works great, the Bluetooth speaker was super easy to connect to my PC, and the live view made it very convenient for me to keep my eye on the front door while I worked in the other room. If you have other smart devices then you're probably already familiar with the Smart Life app. The device works with that app and I had no problem getting it added, set up, and connected to our wi-fi. The security camera is easy to view in the app, and easy to go back and view past video (assuming you have an SD card in and set to record). Overall, this thing is quite nice but there are a few minor drawbacks. One is that you have to set the clock manually. I'd think with wi-fi they'd have it automatically connect to a time server. For the security camera, there is no option to download recorded video and you can't just pull the video files from the memory card as they're encoded. If you want to keep a copy you have to play back the video in the app, hit record, and then wait for the video to be re-recorded to your phone in real-time. After doing this and transferring the re-recorded video from my phone to my PC, it just didn't look as clear. I wish Amazon would allow me to rate this 4.5 stars because while it is very nice, it isn't quite perfect. Oh, if you ever want to disable the camera, there is a physical switch on the bottom to do so which is another nice feature.

The images and recordings are pretty good, but the sound cuts out randomly.

Impossible connection of the phone to the product's WiFi. It was impossible to connect. the phone to the product's wi-fi, I had to return it. I must say that the phone charger works very well and the camera is very discreet but it does not fulfill its secret function

This is the most stupid product. Bought the thing in May and just moved to a different place I have to reset it again but getting it to connection mode is a nightmare especially when you have misplace the manual with the IQ code. Wasted money because now I can even return it. It has become a very expensive alarm! Useless!!

The camera has a wide field of view and the sound quality is good am able to see and hear my children when I am away. The phone charging feature works good when charging my I phone. The LED display is a very good size for telling time, It has all the features that you could ask for in a clock /camera and there is absolutely no way to be able to tell that it has a camera, just looks and operates like a normal digital clock, phone charger, alarm clock ect. Very pleased with this product and purchase.

I had this product for a few months and it worked great. It went off line and I needed to reconnect/reinstall it to the app. Now it’s not connecting to the app. It’s a little disappointing.

While the Amazon advertisement states that this product is 4k. It is not!
