Initially I was very disappointed with this product, as I found it impossible to seat the middle monitor at the height and distance from me that I wanted. As I liked the quality of the product (I've been looking at different mounts that I come across at work), I decided to contact the supplier (Amer) and discuss my requirements. This was all done via Amazon recorded emails.Background info - mounting to a desk and three monitors also bought on Amazon:Desk Piranha Trading Genuine Unicorn Large Corner Computer Desk with Raised Shelf and CPU Trolley - Graphite BlackMonitor X3 - Asus VC279H - 27 inchAmer came back with a few ideas I had not thought of, with some pictures to make it very clear what they meant, but I still didn't quite get what I wanted. They then mentioned that they have some other parts for this particular mount not currently available on Amazon, and they sent me one to try from their Canada stores. This didn't quite get me where I wanted to be, but they had another suggestion. They sent me another component that did the job perfectly.So if the unit doesn't quite do what you want contact the vendor and see if they can help. I can't fault their customer service at all.
