I am a Realtor. Use to use the short paper sign that offer fell over and people could not see. I am loving my new signs. They are the perfect height and size. They stay up, don’t fall over or fly away. They are visible and durable. Highly recommend

There are no clear instructions on how to assemble this. The color which was advertised as bright pink is a muted purple. Returning.

Ok, so as agents we all know signage is expensive. The flag signs always bring attention to the house. I didn't think I needed all of these but having multiples made it easy to direct folks inside the open house! The flag isn't very tall, which I thought would be an issue until I realized how easy it is to see the signs from the car. They are super easy to set up and stick in the ground. The carry cases are actually extremely helpful especially for an open house tote. Its lightweight but durable and I definitely recommend them! The blue color is pretty. Another agent that stopped in asked me for the link, so I know I am not biased. HA!

They are smaller than they look. They don't extend all the way and they are a bit hard to ground. I guess for the price they are a just ok.

How do I assemble? How do I set it up. I bought 2 sets and if im unable to set up I will need to return.

4 flags at this price?! You can’t beat it. They didn’t arrive on time for our first open house, but I’ll be using them this weekend. They look great!

The media could not be loaded.  The instructions were not included with this product. Essentially you’re stacking 4 poles from thick to thin. The poles don’t really stay together tightly and if inverted may fall apart. Once assembled they look nice. Very attractive.
