It makes your hair more manageable. My hair tends to be more course and the shampoo makes it softer and looks and feels better. I thought I was buying the conditioner, not realizing that they had a shampoo too. The fragrance is good too. I was worried that using both the shampoo and conditioner together would be too much moisture, but actually makes the ends nicer and I would suggest buying both together.

This shampoo not only cleans well, but it moisturizes too! I use this product mainly on my biracial daughters' 4c hair. I've tried other shampoos, but I keep coming back to this one. It does what it claims to do and leaves their hair feeling clean and smelling amazing!

This is a well liked product in my household of hair. Smells good, works great but the price point for this bottle does NOT keep me going back for repurchase. I hate how you can buy a $7 bottle of shampoo or conditioner for Caucasian hair types but people of color are always marketed at a 200% mark-up. $30 for 16 oz of product (shampoo and conditioner) is NOT the business so they don't get my business.

I saw this product being recommended by a stylist on television for ethnic hair and decided to give it a try and I like how it felt in my hair and will continue to use it. It does not strip my color and does not cause any breakage.

It detangles hair and smells great. It basically replaced my conditioner. HOWEVER, it also makes my hair oily so that I have to wash my hair more, not less often. I tried to "stick it out" and wash my hair every other day like I used to, and my scalp is actually breaking out in acne from the increased oil. I have gone to using this on the ends of my hair only, or using a clarifying shampoo on alternating days just to control the oil

All the products smell amazing and it gets your hair clean without stripping away the moisture! The best thing about these products is the way it eliminates tangles. Curly hair is constantly getting tangled and detangling it can be a pain. This line of products literally makes it so easy you will never want to use a different line! I really really love their hair products. It is my go to product line for wash day and it helps me achieve a really defined wash and go in about half the time it takes with other brands.
