It arrived wrinkled.
Love the color and design, However Such an expensive hat and was shipped in a cheap plastic bag, arrive with wrinkles all over as you can see in the photo. These wrinkles wont go away.

Horrible shipping!
It is a nice hat, but the shipping was horrible!!! it was shipped in a cardboard envelope and arrived all smushed and wrinkled.
