My second ADC digital. This one is light years ahead of my 3 year old one which was quick and accurate. This product is quick, accurate and well priced.

My thermometer arrived and seemed to work OK out of the box. The next time I tried it, it wouldn't turn on, so I ordered a new battery. With the new battery it turned on fine the first time, but the next time I tried it, it wouldn't turn on. However, I was now outside the window to return it. Not great timing when you need the thermometer to check newborn's temperature.

Very fast and easy to use

I ordered the digital thermometer as we should be self isolating and taking our temperature. It did not beep as the instructions said. I emailed the seller and he told me to replace the battery!!! Is he kidding me?? My new product doesn’t work right so I should go out and risk my health and the health of others because they sent me a thermometer that doesn’t work!! I would give this seller zero stars if I could. Talk about terrible customer service!!!Update: as of now they say they’re sending a new one! Will update if/when I get it.

I paid $35 for this thermometer -- probably twice what a normal thermometer should cost and waited 10 days for its arrival because we're in the middle of a pandemic (Covid19) and I hoped it might literally be a lifesaver. I feel totally ripped off. This product arrived NOT working -- I got online and read the instructions, changed the battery....still nothing. This is a horrible product and they are not offering a refund...no refund, who does that? Please don't waste or money or time.... and certainly don't trust this company!!!!
