Excellent quality and you get a lot for your money. They are slightly bitter, but tolerable. I will definitely purchase again.

I'd have to eat approximately 2006 kernels to reach the low limit of supposed toxicity, but the can cautiously lists six kernels as the daily limit. You do you. If your hands go numb its sign that you've probably consumed too many. But they really are good if you like bitter, a taste bud humans seldom use, these days. I like the fact that big pharma thinks Amygdalin is a threat to their patentable profit scheme as an 'unfounded' cancer neutralizer. That's why I first started eating these, but I like them, so there's that. I really can't see eating a case of these in one sitting so low risk.

They smell good. The texture is good. The size is good; not too small or too big. They have their own flavor. Sometimes I really like the flavor and they have very little bitter and other times they have more bitter, and I don’t like the flavor as well.

This can holds a nice quantity of apricot pits. They seem a little smaller than usual, and the cover is a little tight to pry off, but the product stays fresh, and is of good quality at an economic price.
