good multivitamins!
This is a good tub of Doggy multivitamins.I like how you get 60 tablets, they're a nice small size so they're easy to swallow, hide in a treat or put/crush into wet dog food, so very easy to get down for dogs. There's no nasty smell to them, don't seem to have a nasty taste as my dog seems to take these multivitamins very easily. We have no fuss or hassle taking these multivitamins on a daily basis. The instructions are nice and clear, the writing easy to read.I love how the multivitamins have a good range of vitamins that my dog needs making this a one stop shop.Great quality, very well made, can't complain at all. Highly recommend!

High quality, Human grade, multivitamin for SMALL BREEDS. 60 tablets, 1 per every 5kg dog weight
This seems like a very good multi-vitamin plus Amino Acids. I don't know whether Amino Acids are important for dogs but it seems impressive.I liked these because they are human grade with traceability, rather than no details given.Product description says "formulated by vets in our US FDA-registered facility. " Then it says Made in Turkey on actual jar. Looks like a reputable manufacturing facility, provides manufacuturer name and address which is reassuring. Many dog products do not give enough information. It says complete multivitamin. I compared this with my dog's previous multivitamin and found this had the same vitamins, but fewer minerals. This does not contain Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Iodine, Copper, Manganese and Selenium. Neither multi contains Phosphorus or any omega oils. But to be perfectly clear, it is very hard to find a reputable list of the vitamins and minerals dogs may need for supplementation, and this will vary based on a great number of factors including what you are feeding. This supplement is also lower dose per tablet than my previous one. Then I looked at the front of the jar and it says clearly, "Daily Support for Small Breeds". So this makes sense then. This suggests 1 tablet (add to food or feed directly as they are chewable) per 5kg. So I would need to give 3 tablets a day for my dog's weight. There are 60 tablets. So that would be 20 days supply at almost £18 currently. So for this reason, I am removing one star as it's very expensive.I am actually happy to give a smaller dose than suggested as I think my dog's diet is pretty varied and healthy, so a multivitamin is simply insurance.... And this seems high quality with a lot of information provided which are the most important things. Which is why I am giving 4 stars. I will be giving one a day because I am using to be on the safe side, and would rather not give too much of anything. So a seemingly good quality multivitamin, if you can afford it regularly!Hope that helps!

Packaging is a nuisance but my dog did eat the tablets.
Trying to get to the tablets was a real nuisance as about a dozen of those foam packaging nuggets had been pushed into the top of the pot and were very difficult to hook out.Once the tablets were out, my dog did take them but he was old and unwell at the time and has now sadly passed away so I'm not able to vouch for their effectiveness.

The dog likes them and that’s what counts
On opening the tablets I noticed a aroma of meat to which Bella our dog came to investigate she can be quite choosy when it comes to treats never mind vitamin tablets so I thought I may have to disguise them in her food but low and behold she was more than happy to wolf them dow as is and stands patiently waiting for me to get them for her every morning after her breakfast obviously the sent and flavour must be attractive to her, and for the price they are worth giving a try especially if you have a fussy dog. I would gladly recommend.

My dogs like them!
My two small yorkies can be fussy at times, so I was pleasantly surprised that they both took to the tablets quite happily and wanted more after. The container is a typical one you'd expect to find for any sort of vitamin bottle type. No issues opening the lid, foil seal was intact, however, inside once past the foil seal which lifts easily enough, there were these white soft, almost polystyrene-based inserts. I'm not sure what they are called, but they were in there pretty tight. I couldn't get them out with my fingers alone, so resorted to using the closest thing I could think of nearby, the back of a teaspoon. I used this to coax them all out.I'm guessing this is to stop the pills rubbing together and wearing away into powder or generally breaking up potentially during transport. It does the job for sure, if you shake the bottle before opening it, you won't hear any rattling of pills whatsoever. Therefore, while they're a slight inconvenience to get out, they do come out easily enough with something or other to hand. Maybe a round foam insert would do the same job?The image on the listing at the time of review says 'For all breeds' and shows a dog of a bigger breed, while the bottle received says 'For Small Breeds' and pictures a smaller breed dog, which suits my needs. There were 60 pills in the container, which would be enough for 2 months' worth at a daily dose, or 1 month's worth in my case.

Noticeable health benefits
After a month of use, noticeable improvements in my dog's coat and energy levels were evident. Initially hesitant, they soon looked forward to these chewable vitamins as a treat. The convenience of not having to mix it with food or disguise it was a significant relief. Friends and family commented on the shine of their fur and their overall vibrancy. Monitoring their health, it seemed they were indeed benefiting from the added nutrients, especially during the colder months when they usually seemed more lethargic.

Excess packaging
Completely baffled as to why these tablets had such excessive polystyrene packaging forced into the container, awkward to get out too! Supplements are average sized pills but seemed they were not tasty for my 2 dogs who spat them out on multiple occasions. Very pricey for the recommended dosages, sadly not a product I will purchase again.

Good so far
We got these Vitalidog tablets for our rescue dog. She hasone tablet a day added to her evening meal. We noticed the other day that her coat appears to be in better condition recently. The tablets claim to help a lot of conditions and have a fairly comprehensive set of reported health benefits.
