I try to whittle down the amount of pills I need to take because invariably they end up giving me a stomachache when I down too many at a time. This is a probiotic of many talents! It can support many systems in your body. It helps keep a healthy balance of the oral bacteria which in turn supports your gums and teeth and supports the health of your throat. It helps your digestive system downstream by balancing the microbiome in that area. It helps your respiratory system. This probiotic by Herobiotics Is very easy to take because it can melt in your mouth. It's easy for children to take and for those who can't swallow pills. Best part is that you only need 1 a day and it doesn't need to be refrigerated. The cost seems reasonable for a 45 day supply. I also like the fact that herobiotics is an American company. Thier manufacturing facility is also in the USA and it is cGMP. Their ingredients are nonGMO, sugar free and lactose free! Some brands (like herobiotics) will tell you the story of their founders and why they started their company. I love learning about the background of these companies. It makes me feel I can trust the brand and their products. I recommend that everyone take probiotics regularly and herobiotics is a great one to start with.

Please not that I am not in the medical field. I didn't notice much of a difference after trying these mint-flavored chewable probiotics. This bottle contains 45 chewable tablets, with a recommendation for adults that one to two tablets be taken daily, after brushing. The tablets do not require refrigeration. The bottle cap has a plastic strip seal, which is easy to peel off. The cap is not child-proof. The airtight seal is easy to peel off, and there’s a cotton wad in the bottle to prevent movement during travel. There’s a desiccant in the bottle. The tablets smell nice, and have no sugar. They have a minty taste, but are not sweet in any way. It’s not unpleasant… almost a calcium-carbonate type taste. They dissolve in the mouth easily, and coat the inside of the mouth, teeth, and throat with their content. This is an easy way to take probiotics. I like that there are several strains in this tablet. It would be nicer if the taste was a little more palatable, but I also like that it can be taken after brushing.

I love that these have different probiotics strains than the other brands I have tried. Unfortunately, for me, they taste pretty bad, and the mint flavor doesn't make up for it. The label says they are non-GMO and vegetarian (but not vegan.) They have no preservatives, artificial colors or flavors, and they are free from most common allergens. It says "made in the US from US and worldwide ingredients." It's a shame I don't like the taste, but another person might love it.

I have tried to chew these up after brushing, after mouthwash and just on there own. They are so nasty. I don't mind swallowing something for my good but there is just something awful about chewing something up and having that taste stuck in your teeth. Just not good

This is a good product and is very easy to use. After brushing teeth at night, suck on one tablet and allow it to dissolve. This product had a good exterior and interior seal, which gave me peace of mind that it had not been tampered with. It also has a pop top for easy dispensing. This product has an expiration date of 07/2025 and was made in the USA. One negative is that the flavor is not that great. The tablets do taste like mint, but kind of bad mint.
