This product has definitely helped with my blood pressure. And I definitely recommend it!

I’ve been taking Qunol Brain Health for a little while now and overall, I’ve had a good experience with it. What stood out to me first was that it didn’t upset my stomach, which I’ve run into with other supplements. I feel like I’ve noticed a difference in my ability to stay focused during the day, especially when I’m working on tasks that usually make my mind drift. My energy levels are higher than normal. The capsules are easy to swallow. I like that it combines several ingredients aimed at supporting memory. It’s obviously not an overnight miracle but with consistent use I do feel sharper. The only downside for me is the price! The price is higher than some other brain supplements but considering the quality and how it makes me feel, I think it’s worth it! It really does help with what it claims to do.

I use these capsules everyday in hopes that they do support all they should. There is no aftertaste with these with or without food. Will continue using.

These claim to help maintain a NORMAL blood pressure. Therefore, I am not going to say that they are completely ineffective, but I tried them for 2 months and they didn’t work to maintain my blood pressure, instead maybe slightly increased it, but I like to think that they did/do provide some kind energy benefits. I strongly urge you to monitor your pressure daily and be careful taking these or other supplements because they may have the potential to increase your blood pressure. Of course, doing things like limiting caffeine intake, getting more rest and exercise, reducing stress and losing weight can all help lower blood pressure levels naturally. Be cautious of the quality and of possibly getting an old batch or putting the capsules into a pill/vitamin organizer because they may turn dark purplish and get old & hard quicker. See photos…notice the difference in the colors. These are easy to swallow for most, but can be challenging for some. Taste: not the best, but not too bad. Texture: normal capsules with a solid clear shell that could be pulled apart; the inside ingredients are sort of a sandy texture. A blood pressure monitor can be purchased from Amazon and you could also print a log online to help with effectively monitor your progress. Your doctor may be able to provide you with a printed log as well. Also, remember to take slow deep breaths throughout the day! Best wishes!

Think Qunol products are among n the best. The price tag is within standards for this product . They have truly helped even more with my bp meds. I have had side affects at all with them. They have helped me. Like Qunol products I believe them to be of great quality.
