I ordered size 20 x 20 inserts to fit my 18 x 18 pillow case. The size was perfect for my case. Having the larger insert placed into the smaller pillow case created a very full pillow. If I ordered the same size, then there would not be much fullness once placed into the pillow case.The pillow inserts arrive packaged separately in the box. They are flat due to the pressure sealed packaging.As soon as I took the pillow inserts out of their packages, they immediately puffed up.These pillow inserts are extremely well made and the price is fantastic.The zippers work great! I just love how the zippers appear to be hidden.The insert covers are made from good quality material. They are soft and beautiful. It fit beautifully in my pillow case. My pillow is very fluffy looking.The pillow insert is so well made one could use it as it is without a pillow case; but I would want to protect the insert.I am looking for a pillow case for my other insert. I could not find any pillow cases made by Oubonon. I wish they made them.I will definitely purchase more pillow inserts made by Oubonon through Amazon.

I had a bamboo pillow that went hard so I bought these for soft but not too soft and firm but not too firm. These are perfect in-between. They fluff right back up but are soft enough to fall into. Sturdy enough to support my head and neck.

I Love and have many throw pillows. I love them! But I needed some new inserts, so I looked at many reviews of pillow inserts and these Oubonun ones looked good to me because they were the only ones that had a cotton fabric on them. They did NOT disappoint!! These are beautiful. Very good quality, very fluffy and soft! They were a little bit more pricey than many others but totally worth it-they will last for a long time! I will definitely be buying these again and they have multiple sizes. You won't be disappointed in these!!

I am a stomach sleeper, but I am trying to make myself sleep on my back inside and I bought these pillows because I wasn’t sure what pillows I’d be happy with. I bought one set and was extremely happy on how firm and how great they feel. I bought a second set for my guest bedroom. I was so happy with the first set And my parents slept on them the first night and instantly wanted to know where I got these pillows. I’m glad I purchased them. This was a great buy!

I have a bad back and sitting on the couch can get uncomfortable but these pillows are sturdy enough for support and fluffy enough for comfort. I will be making covers for them.

These pillows are great. They expand and fluff to it's intended size. They are comfortable and fit into pillow case true to size.

Got 2) 20x20 and they where the wrong size, but liked them so much got 100% cotton covers for those and purchased the ones I needed to replace feather ones that after guests sweating on with dog...just smelled and its a pain to wash feather cushions. Love these Puffy and soft and go right back to shape, nice stitching so look like they will hold up in wash. I think they are good buy and I am picky.

Took just a few minutes to fluff to maximum size for a good corner to corner fit. This is not a firm insert but that's what I wanted, The sateen cover is good quality and the humorous instruction Q&A sheet covers all you need to know,

the 20" inserts worked great with our 18" pillow shams fills with no wrinkles. If you want it extremely over stuffed order the next size up

These pillows remind me of hotel pillows. The ones that are super fluffy but kind of hard. Right now they are somewhat comfortable, but I think once I wear it in a little more they will become even better. They are good quality for the price.
