I bought this a while ago (when the reviews used to be resoundingly positive), but have only used it recently & am bitterly disappointed with it. Firstly, the cord for the camera part is ridiculously short, making it near impossible to plug it in & reach it high enough to get a good view of the baby. The video picture during the day is very good, but as soon as it starts getting dark, it flashes continually - & this is the same whether the room is pitch black or slightly dark. It makes it virtually impossible to see the baby &, since the majority of the time you would be using the video monitor is at night, it’s pretty pointless & might as well just be a sound monitor! I’m not sure whether this is a fault with the individual camera, as when looking at the camera in the room I can see 2/3 of the little lights flashing continually, or whether they’re all badly built like this, but unfortunately I got it too early so started using it too late to be able to return it, which is a shame, as I really despise it & wish I hadn’t wasted my money on it!

I gave this product 2 stars . The reason for that is because when I bought it on the 27/9/17 it was the answer to my prayers . Bought not for monitoring a baby, but for keeping an eye on my 95 yr mum who's bedbound and when I can see her I know that she is safe without having to run up and down the stairs all the time to check on her. As of the 3/12/17 the monitor has stopped taking a charge so that the internal battery has run flat and the monitor is now rendered useless. So I cannot give this product a higher rating.....Very disappointed .....

It has a great picture and sensitive sound, but the battery life is rubbish. Also, more importantly, the accuracy of the temperature is not great and the monitor keeps flashing "no signal". There is nothing in the manual that says why it loses the signal so we don't know what to do with it.

I purchased this item 16 months ago and the product has gone faulty - it will not hold a charge and to charge it you have to continually play with the unit. I have emailed the company over a week ago but have not had any acknowledgement from them whatsoeverThere are other manufacturers which I would recommend

This is a fantastic monitor for the price! The image is a little bit stuttery, particularly on night vision, but it's still clear what is happening in the bedroom. The sound is very clear even with noise outside coming in from open windows. I also like the temperature function.I'd definitely recommend this.

What a wonderful camera! Great price, fantastic quality, large screen, clarity better than my previous £150 worth. Get it, you'll love it. Only the songs scratch the ear a bit, but I don't use them anyway, I like my kids to have peace and quiet when going to sleep.

This is my second one now even though the camera is good, it camera just won't charge and it just switches of and then the screen won't turn back on. Both did the same not the best product
