I bought this specific cushion based on recommendation from home health specialist. This manufacturer was supposed to be better quality and worth spending 2x as much as the competitors. My dad has been sick, ended up in hospital and came home with skin issues on his bottom. If you had asked me last week, i would have reviewed this with 4 stars....but after just 10 weeks of use (2-3 hrs per day) it has deflated and can't be repaired. My father only weighs 120 lbs so there is NO way this item could hold up for Normal Adult weight. Really disappointed that this cushion only lasted 10 weeks of daily usage before deflating. (It figures today is 1 day past the return date or I would have returned)

Works well, good quality , air tight cushion. It never loses air, Elderly patient sits on it an average of 10 -12 hours per day. Only a couple of times a wee, gets in a position over the air valve and complains that it presses on her back. Repositioning the patient corrects the situation. Ii have had to replace it about every five monthes, as patient lands on it with full weight on the sitting down function, and it springs a leak on a seam line. Overall a very good product for comfort and preventing sores.

I bought this for my boyfriend because his office chair's seat cushion is flat and uncomfortable. My grandmother fell last year and broke her butt (not her hip, but some bone in her butt, I don't remember which one), and got a waffle cushion like this and she raved about it. I tried it when I was visiting and it was like sitting on air - literally! It was so comfortable that I thought my boyfriend would love using one on his chair. He uses it and said that it does make his chair better, but I tried sitting on it and it wasn't nearly as comfortable as the one my grandmother has. Maybe it has something to do with the amount of air he put in it. Hers wasn't inflated all the way, but he inflates his as much as possible and if it seems to lose firmness, he blows it up more. I've read that these things sometimes come with a hand pump, but the one I bought did not and as far as I know, there was no guide on how much air should be put in it. I guess you just inflate it some and try it. The vinyl is pretty thick and seems durable. Overall, I think this was a good purchase.

Very dissatisfied with this product. Ordered on March 3, 2024 and on March 28th the cushion will not retain air. We went by the instructions when received and only filled the cushion with 60% air and now the cushion will not hold air. It is defective and I requested a return of the item and it is not eligible for return. I will not buy anything else from this company and Amazon should stand behind items sold on their site even if it is 3rd party . We as customers expect Amazon and the companies on their site to be fully covered for refund when it is not of good quality.

This cushion is key to the survival of my spine because I sit a lot for work. However, this is my 5th one in the last 2 years. After 3-6 months a small leak has developed in each cushion (at a seam) and they deflated. Love it, need it, but frustrated. Sounds like a relationship.

This cushion was used to help relieve pressure sores from someone who sits for long periods of time due to inability to walk very far. Since have had this only for several weeks do not know how well it will hold up.

This product developed a hole in the seam where they stamp the waffle in it finally got it patched 2 days later one more hole same thing when they stamp the holes it blows out i will never buy a waffle product i have also purchased the waffle mattress's 7 so far this product sucks and is a waste of money they will not last past 3 to 4 weeks its a gimmick to make people buy there products i am disabled on a fixed income and can not afford to buy these products every damn month so all in all Amazon should not carry this defected product at all i am so upset i need this seat cushion for my wheel chair did i mention i am a double amputee and have no legs so please Amazon stop selling this inferior crap people expect better products then you are selling online right now .
