Absolutely love this - lifesaver for me! Use this in a portable streaming rig and allows me to maintain cable connections while cameras are spaced out. Much better than using DroidCam or other options. Worked perfectly, and worth the $$

Using on a Creality falcon2 pro 60 watt laser. Had some issues with my PC at first. Restarted and all was good. No lag. No disconnect issues. Gotta second for the camera but haven’t hooked it up yet.

Purchased to extend power to my Wyze camera, it worked great for a bit more than a year, then died after a heavy rain. It was mounted under the eaves, and I thought I purchased an outdoor or weather resistant cable, but don't see that in the description now. (Perhaps it changed?)

I was worried when reviews said it smelled bad. But after a day in open air it is fine. However, it's made of that cheap, flexible plastic, so it is prone to kinking a lot. It doesn't work for my headphones, but that's my fault. I needed 3.0. Works great for 2.0 devices. Next time, I'm getting braided, but if you need something cheap that won't be moved around, this is your best bet.

I bought this cord to extend the range of my Logitech M325 mouse, I researched and found out that an "active" USB cable was recommended for longer distances. I only needed at the most about a 20ft cable but could not find an active 20ft cable at a decent price so I tried this one. Here's what I did, I plugged the male end into my laptop and I inserted the Logitech's dongle into the female end of the cord. As soon as I inserted the mouse dongle into the cable my laptop relaunched all of my USB drives I had plugged into my laptop. I have a 128gb flash drive as well as a Seagate 1TB external drive plugged into two of the three USB ports in my laptop. From a distance of about 10ft the mouse would not work at all, no movement on the laptop screen. I placed the mouse dongle, still inserted into the cable, a few inches away from the mouse and still no response. So I decided to return the cable. Might work for other purposes but it didn't work for my purpose of extended the range of my Logitech M325 mouse.

I used the 30 foot usb 2.0 version to extend a logitech webcam to a computer. This was in an industrial environment, where the cable runs through a track containing many cables for motors, contactors, and solenoids. Overall, the extension cable did the job but the camera feed has some mild distortion (the image shifts and compresses a bit like if it was a windy day). This is likely due to the electromagnetic interference of the environment. (The camera points at a barcode so the image quality doesn't matter a whole lot.) The cable jacket seems durable enough to survive in this environment. It is still quite thin and flexible, but does indeed appear to have a braided shield under the pvc insulation. So overall, good quality and not too expensive.

Purchase to move a Media Server PC to the far side of the house and use a wireless keyboard and mouse from the Media room. Connected a powered USB hub in the ceiling space above the Media room and the extension cable works great. Have been using for a week now and no drop outs or connection issues at all Highly recommended
