I use saffron in tagines and various things. This is really nice stuff, good colour, imparts Great taste and overall I'm well satisfied with it and would certainly buy it again. The only down side is that it's in a round tin with a very tight fitting lid that is difficult to get off and because it's a small tin there isn't much to get hold of. One day I'm sure I'm going to have to try too hard to get it off and it will all end up on the floor as a result. Just a little tab on the lid that gives you a bit more purchase to get it off would be helpful.
