Good Quality Product
Good size bottle and good quality. There are a couple of recipes in the book "Chinese Unchopped" - highly recommended, by the way!), which use this vinegar, so it was great to be able to order it easily. A recipe is only as good as the ingredients (and love) you put into it, so it's always worth using the best you can afford. I will happily buy again.

Very very difficult to open !!!!
I couldn't get the Bottle Open!!! I had to call my " Handy Man" ....because it was impossible to open!!!!!!!
