Absolutely amazing!! I have a very large dog that loves being outside along with a white rug and this stuff works amazingly at getting my carpet from being gray back to white!! The scent is so fresh (a little on the chemical side so if you cant deal with that, then don't buy) and leaves my home smelling great for days! This stuff also dries quick which I appreciate!!

I was out of town for a few days and my dogs got into my son’s room and literally peed all over the carpet. I tried other carpet cleaners before this but the pee smell would just not go. After the first use of this I could not smell and dog odor and it smelled fresh and clean. I ran it a second time just in case, but the smell disappeared for good!

I have 3 dogs. The little guy occasionally pees in my bedroom which is carpet. The other 2 love to rub their faces all over the carpet. It can get stinky. I’ve had my own shampooer for 34 years. Yes, same Hoover steamer! I’ve never found a detergent that actually removed odors. I shampooed all the bedrooms this morning and everything smells clean and fresh. My search is over. If you have pets, you won’t be disappointedUpdate: the carpet is now totally dry and the smell has returned. Guess I’ll keep looking. Very disappointed ☹️

We like to shampoo our carpets about every 6 months. More often if there are any major spills or problems. As with any carpet cleaning product, I have my reservations until I try the product and then see the results a week or two later. So far this product has lived up to expectations. It cleaned well, smelled nice and lifted quite a bit of dirt. There were some spots that are gone, but the real test will be in a month or two, if the strains have returned.But so far so good. And the scent is great.

Pet had diarrhea on carpet. We weren't able to find it until a lot of hours later. I had soaked into carpet. So glad we had bought this. It work great, stains are completely gone, as is smell.So glad we had bought this ahead of time to try.

This stuff was amazing on my white carpet I was surprised and very pleased.

Unfortunately this item was Not as described and an absolute waist of money.

It's been two weeks since I used this on some spots in the hallway that were used as a battle ground for dominance between the cat and dog a few years ago.I've done everything to remove the stains, but they remain strong, a testament to the resolve of the mighty warrior pets that did battle in that hallway.So, when I saw this, I decided to give it a try. Why not.It did lift quite a bit of dirt. A disgusting amount of dirt. A really foul smelling and gross looking amount of dirt.The smell is nice so that helped.The fact there are still outlines of the stain are as much a testament to the years the cat and dog did battle in that hall than anything else.They didn't physically fight. They just took turns peeing over the other's pee. One would pee, walk away and the other would rush over and then pee over the other's pee.If was often at work when this epic battle waged, so I would come home only to find a wet hallways with foul smells.I do feel like this did better than the Zat we got from the commercial cleaning product aisle at the big home improvement box store.The carpet, upon drying, wasn't crunchy and stiff. Bonus points.There wasn't any lathering to speak of, which is good too because that just confused the max capacity gauge in my carpet cleaner's dirty water reservoir.I'll give it another week and go at it again, and see how much it lifts then.But, for now, I can say that it does lift old stains and does smell good. I can't confirm or deny that the stains are gone forever and never reappear in any form. It just hasn't been that long since I used it.if those stains reappear, it will happen within the month, lol.It will CERTAINLY happen in April or May, when warm weather sets in with some humidity and the stains and smells of my carpet all awaken with a vengence.
