Very nice. Comfortable. The center support that lays up against the spine is very soft. My only negative comment is the back could be a little strong material for greater support. I would purchase again.

fits well and provides good support, also not hot/breathes, well made, good material, I like the skin tone color, easy to wear/adjust, easy to remove. The only thing I wish, is that both ends of hoops and hooks (Velcro) where here, as it is, it only has the hook side that attaches directly to belt and pulls on material. I hope this lasts and does not lose its ability to hold once material wears in the attachment spot.

This is a very comfortable Sacroiliac belt. It holds me together with just the right amount of firmness so I feel supported but can still move. I really like that it is wider than others I have tried and it does not roll over and scrunch up on the top band as you move around. Highly recommend this belt!

Well, it's not the most attractive undergarment! I have so many back issues, and so many gadgets for finding relief. Balls, stretchers, rollers, etc...may as well add another! I like that this allows you to tighten it enough to feel the compression. Compression just feels so nice when you're in pain with EDS as well. I wore it when I got my period and I found it helped my lower back pain. Just the tightness was nice. I think it's worth a shot.

This is really nice and comfortable when it works. But the velcro isn't strong enough to hold the belt closed. It worked for the first trial run. But it barely holds together after that. Maybe mine is a bit defective or something, but I don't see this being able to offer a lot of support.

I have some sciatic issues and have tried many braces for it. This looked similar to a hip brace I have but this one is a bit wider and I wanted to try it out. It’s very comfortable and when you tighten the straps you get more support. It’s very lightweight and thin, not bulky at allSo it’s more of a lightweight support but I prefer this at times because I think I can easily wear it under clothes without it being noticeable

I have lower back and SI Joint issues so I am well versed in belts and have bought many over time. I found this one and decided it was time to get a new one, so went with this. I got my normal size medium, but this one seems more like a small. The material is fine. It isn’t the nicest or most expensive one I have owned, but it does the job. It is thinner than what I am used to material-wise, but the good thing about that is that it fits under my jeans/pants and isn’t noticable.
