I ordered 2 other Mad Hatter costumes with higher rating and had to return both - the quality was awful.This one is really well made and true to size. And the hat is actually wearable unlike small hats from other costumes.

Size 3. Alice in wonderland. Mad hatters outfit. The costume is well made and thick material. Good for a cold Halloween night of trick or treating. Fits as expected! Looks as described too.

For reference, my daughter is almost 3 years old. But I got a bigger size for her to wear later on when she's a bit older (5) but the quality of the dress is very nice and it doesn't look cheap. Also, the hat makes the entire set more gorgeous! You can definitely have more things to it to make it more unique.
