This ice maker is so cool. It makes 9 cubes in 6-9 minutes so that's a ice cube a minute or less. It's not noisy at all and is simple to setup and use. It can be used with a water line or just by filling it with water and running it and refilling it as needed. These cubes are just like what you get in the hospital and are my favorite kind of ice. Every home should have a ice maker like this

I got this for a gift in Oct. 2021 - it has been amazing...I LOVE It...But as of last night it stopped making ice....Any help would be appreciated!! Bought this ice maker about 2 years ago still amazing love it ice is soft

Initially the unit worked just fine and made ice as expected. I am however still within my one year warranty and the ice maker now does nothing. The light is on, but nothing happens. I contacted Amazon and they gave me the seller's amazon-email-contact-info. I sent a message to the seller..... Nothing. No response at all. So much for all the assurances on the listing that they were all about customer service. There is no one year. Warranty here. Buyer beware!

I purchased this ice maker in June 2021 and it ran great for 9 months. Believe me when I say we put this thing through it's paces daily in our household of two adults, and two teenagers.After 9 months it did stop working but it was replaced quickly. The ice machine is covered under a 1 year warranty so I reached to the customer service email on the booklet we received with our ice maker. After a few emails back and forth, one requiring me to send a video to show tech support what the issue was, they replaced it within a week start to finish.The new ice maker we received works great and makes a little bigger ice than the one we had. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

I love this ice maker! However, about a year after using it, it stopped working. We noticed it had a lot of dust in the back at the fan. We used an air compressor and blew out all the dust, left it sit for the day, cleaned it up and it works like new. ☺

Was great for my student freshman and sophomore year but brought it home and now it doesn’t work. It will not make much ice and then just stops and I have to restart it.

This ice machine is a great little ice maker for small parties and gatherings.. fill it with some clean drinking water, let it run for about half an hour and you'll have a decent amount of ice for your drinks. The ice comes out pretty clear so long as the water you use is purified.As the ice gets filled up it will stay cool and in ice form for a good time so long as the lid is closed. Keep adding in a bottle of water as you make more ice. The noise level is on par with others at this price point, not too loud.Overall I am glad with my purchase as it will be used during gatherings since it makes 9 pieces of ice ever 6 minutes or so.
