Lovely travel ceramic mug
Very nice cup, I love the fact that it is ceramic. The lid is a nice snug fit. Nice to drink from. I prefer this cup over all the other travel mugs and I have tried a few. Much nicer than a metal one. Great for drinking on the go. If you require a thermos cup then this is not for you. Great for when running late and need a drink on the way. Very cute design. Fits into my car cup holder without moving

Beautiful quality
I am a teacher and this cup is so lovely to drink out of. Always better when you take lid off though as feels like drinking from a normal cup.

Lovely mug that makes a great cup of tea. Great to keep my drinks nice and warm (this was not bought to keep my drinks hot), and the lid prevents spillage as I’m walking back to home working desk ! Cute little Owl (if you like Owls)

Great cup, bought as a Xmas present.
Great cup, bought as a Xmas present. Apparently not the best at keeping drinks hot for a long time but none of the cups of this style are and it does a good enough job. Looks really nice though.

Sweet designs but...
When I first got it I loved the mug, especially the little fluffy owl. It also fits nicely into your hand. However, when I used it for the first time today, I noticed that it didn't keep my drink warm for long despite its thick ceramic walls (or should this be a double wall?). I think the heat escapes through the ceramic walls as when I picked it up shortly after making my drink, I noticed that the outside was pretty warm.The mug also held much less than I'm used to (takes certainly less than one of their mugs), and because of its weight you can't tell that the mug us empty!I wouldn't use it for travelling as it does not have a cover over the drinking hole, but I knew that before. The lid does stay on tightly (I did not find it fiddly as other reviews suggested) so is suitable for walking around with your drink.Pros: cute designs (love the series),Lid fits snuggly so less spills,Suitable for dishwasherCons: small volume,loses heat too quickly,hot to the touch
