Bought for my elderly mum. Easy to put on and take off. It never worked.

I got it to wear in the garden but it has hardly left my wrist since. Am very tempted to buy several more in different colours but can find no justification for it. I haven’t the foggiest idea what is meant by “ sheerness “UPDATE REVIEW. 6th September I took delivery of this on 10th August. Now some 10 weeks later it has gained an hour in 3 days and continues to do so. I think this is worse than poor value for money. Rubbish in fact. Furthermore I find that the window for returning it closed September 26. However much a bargain it may seem to be I expect considerably more working life than 10 weeks. I’m so glad I bought it for myself and not a child who would be very disappointed. Sharp practice. Sellers name noted to be avoided .

Great little watch. Clear watch face. The strap I got was the large it's a good fit but it has a habit of tightening as the snap wants to.I got black I feel it's a bit manly so will be ordering other colours.

This seemed like the ideal solution to the problem of my grandson never knowing what the time was when he was out playing with his pals. I thought I would buy him a cheap watch that could be kept at our house and he could wear it when he was here. The watch arrived in good time but wouldn’t work as the battery was flat. Normally when you buy something with a battery in it there’s a little tag that you have to remove to activate it. I went to a branch of Timpsons and had a new battery installed which cost me £5! So the battery cost almost as much as the watch. I realise that batteries are consumables and do need replacing eventually but I don’t think it should be necessary even before the watch can be used. Also, the plastic surround split when my husband inserted the watch into the casing, but that could just be him being clumsy. I tried to inform the suppliers of all this by email but the message bounced back as undeliverable.

This watch did not work. I bought the same type of watch from a different supplier, which didn't work, so I sent it back and ordered this one, from another seller. this one also did not work !! There was no tab to activate the battery. I purchased another battery, which you should not have to do, and it appears to be working at the moment.I would not recommend this watch, unless you're prepared to put a battery in to make it work.

I thought all the negative reviews had to be exaggerated and decided to give it a go. Wish I had not. Good idea, great colours, but very poor quality even for the price. It broke literally 5 minutes after we opened the parcel when we tried to set the time. My 5 years old was very upset.

I ordered 2 of these - one green and one yellow. The green one was fine but the yellow one was different. The watch face was cheap plastic and didn’t work. Plus the back is a loose plastic that comes off really easily, exposing the button battery, which is very dangerous for kids. It also doesn’t fit properly in the silicone band. If it was the same quality as the green watch face, I would be happy.I have contacted the seller for a refund but they haven’t replied after 4 days.

I am highly allergic to metal, and loved the idea of a full silicone band. When the watch arrived, my husband tried inserting the watch face into the band and the silicone frame tore apart, down to the base.

This is now the second one I’ve received with a dead battery. It came not ticking, I pulled out the knob, set the time and pushed it back in and nothing. Absolutely nothing. I’m so annoyed. Going back and going to try for a third time if it gets here before Christmas. If it’s broken AGAIN I’m done.
