The media could not be loaded. It’s very well built. It operates very smooth and quietly. The remote works well but seems a little flimsy. I hope the seller will reach out and tell me if I can purchase a spare remote in case of failure or loss.I like that you can set three different height parameters. The installation was very easy and the instructions were easy to follow.And finally, I think the price was very fair compared to some other very expensive lifts.

Great item and moves perfectly. We love that it has other settings to place the TV. The directions were kind of hard to follow but overall great.

The arms that hold the TV seem very flimsy/weak, but the rest of the unit is very sturdy. I would buy it again no problem.

This works very well. Just a little warning. Make sure that there are not obstructions while in use. The device will only go up or down part way and needs to be reset. There weren't clear instructions on resetting, at least not clear to me, and it took me a while to stumble on how to do it. It is very quiet and goes up really high. I'm very happy with it.

While the quality, ease of operation and strength are excellent, the lift range is exceedingly poor. I have a 40-inch flat screen TV and the lift and mounting bars will not allow the TV to be mounted in a cabinet. If you install the TV so that it will fit inside the cabinet when completely lowered (but then when you raise the TV for viewing, the bottom 8 inches cannot be seen, or if you adjust the mountings so that the screen is completely viewable, it will stick up 8 inches above the cabinet. Unless the 'throw' of the lift can be adjusted to compensate for these range failures, it is completely useless and I will be returning it.I cannot imagine how people with larger screens use it - unless they are only attaching it to a wall with nothing in front of it. Then, if that is the case, what is the purpose of this?

We got this to watch TV in bed at night. Dear husband attached it to a solid credenza at the foot of our bed so that we could hide the TV when not in use. We feel so bougie using the remote to raise and lower our TV. It works smoothly, is a relatively quick assemble, and just what we wanted.

I bought this lift to solve a problem in my condo, that is how to preserve wall space for art by hiding the TV while not in use. I mounted the unit on the floor behind a cabinet and, after calculating the proper height for my 50-inch TV and the clearance needed for the unit, I secured the base of the unit to the wall using the hardware provided. The power adapter was initially faulty, but after several rounds of emails with the vendor, a replacement power adapter was provided and that solved the issue. This TV lift is a very creative invention and I am impressed with the build quality (heavy steel frame that will support any TV) and the support provided to replace the defective adapter. I have recommended it to several friends.
