Great looking and good quality doesn’t chip easily like other sets I have had. Nice and colourful

I absolutely love this set. Ordered the 40 piece with soup/pasta plates/bowls, dinner plates, side plates, cereal bowls and mugs. Found it really difficult to find a multicoloured set to ‘match‘ my mis-matched kitchen scheme. Not only are the various colours and patterns great (tasteful, bright and unique), but the quality is excellent. The porcelain is thick and very well glazed so they are sturdy, really easy to wash up and don’t scratch easily. Lots of guests have commented on what a beautiful and unusual dinner set it is. The set comes in different combinations and I only realised when I unpacked the set properly after moving house 2 months after ordering that the pasta bowls were missing. I was worried that after so much time had lapsed that the seller would quibble over the missing items but I’m delighted to say they were very quick to respond and sent out the missing items immediately, which arrived within 2 days. It really was a first class service from the company. All round a great buy that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for something a bit different to brighten/cheer up their dining table!

Firstly, I was astonished that everything was packaged so well and every single piece was undamaged, not one casualty during transit! The quality of the dinner service is really good, the colours are vibrant and the design is flawless. The bowl and plate size are good, dinner plate 26cm, side plate and large bowl 21cm, mug 8cm, cereal bowl 15cm. The cereal bowls are really deep but the large bowl (for soup or pasta) could benefit from being deeper. I would have like the mugs to be wider and thinner is my only slight criticism, I do like a decent sized cup of tea after all! The orange set is by far my favourite, the colour really is so vibrant so the design stands out so well. Overall, good value for money at £3.50 per item (20 piece set at £69.99), the real test will come with usage, so will update further down the line when they have been subjected to the microwave and the dishwasher but being porcelain they should be fine. UPDATE: 4 months of usage, all items have survived multiple cycles of the dishwasher, heating in microwave and daily use.

A bit better n the heavy side but really beautiful and well made. Already a few times in the dishwasher and still like the 1st day.

Nice side plates that go with my other dishes from the seller. These are lovely and look too nice to be stuck away in the cupboard so they are going out on display with the other dishes I bought on a sideboard. Very easy to clean, ha ent scratched when using stainless steel cutlery and are surprisingly light for their size. Arrived safely and where well packed by the seller although that last statement isn't a part of my review, just a heads up, since Amazon don't like you to discuss packaging or delivery in product reviews, however I personally disagree with that policy in certain circumstances, such as when ordering fragile items online (take note Amazon staff). I would recommend this item.

Lovely product and great value for money

Firstly- customer service has been excellent. Despite very good packaging, the set arrived with one broken plate and a chipped pasta bowl. Rather than return the whole set (this was offered) I asked if they would be happy simply replacing the damaged ones and they agreed. I received these (once restocked) and within 28 days. Thankyou. I absolutely LOVE this crockery set. I was initially looking for a plain white china but struggled to find the shape I wanted and also find something that wasn’t stone ware or earthen ware as I have found that doesn’t stay hot. I kept coming back to this and I love the fact each item is a different pattern . Practically: The plates and dishes are not too thick and chunky but enough to feel substantial. Inbetween a China and an earthenware. They have washed in the dishwasher well and look fab incorporated with the white China we still use. They are oven proof and not shown any cracking in the glaze (like some jersey pottery I have) They stay hot after being heated in the oven. I would highly recommend. ☺️
