I don’t understand the negative comments for this product. It is a german product so yea the packaging etc. is in German. However it comes with instruction manuals in different languages including english. Food prepping is super easy now and we use it every day! The only negative thing about this is that cleaning the blades can be difficult as the blades are really sharp and holding it while cleaning it with the brush required a lot of thinking (and we did cut ourselves a bit on the blades on the first try). But we don’t want to put them in the dishwasher to preserve the blades. Anyway, great product, just be careful and make sure a RESPONSIBLE ADULT is cleaning the blades after use

The purchase has been so frustrating. The nicer dicer comes with many, many parts. One of the key parts broke, the cutting mesh. I requested a replacement piece from the company, no joy. So even though I was within the return period which is one month, and even though I purchased the item from Amazon.co.uk I had to return it to SLOVAKIA!! It cost €30 to do so. I complained to Amazon when I finally got a live person to talk to. She assured me, after I sent the postage details, that I would be reimbursed for postage and the Nicer Dicer as it broke within one week of purchase. I got the refund for the item. Today I got a notification that I had been reimbursed for postage £15 (approx €20). They left me €10 short. So petty of Amazon.

I loved using this for easy fresh salads this summer, however the small cutter has now buckled rendering it unusable and it is proving difficult to purchase any replacement parts. If this remains so this was very expensive and not worth the money

Easy to fit in cutter easy to assemble easy to clean made short work of chopping chopped and stored in box and poured straight into pan when required. Brilliant

We bought this as a replacement for a cheaper version .Best thing we have done.Does a great job easy to use,and clear and is very sturdy.

Ça tranche super bien, attention aux doigts en manipulant les grilles. Coupe des légumes facile , meme les pommes de terre et les carottes . Le plus, c est le récipient en dessous. De bonne capacité. La mandoline est bien,le bouton poussoir a des pointes qui maintiennent bien les légumes pour une coupe sécurisée. L outil spécifique pour couper les tomates est efficace. Fait des tranches fines , n écrase pas les tomates ni les champignons. Bon produit gain de temps pour cuisiner.qualite et efficacite

Does exactly what it needs to do, sharp blades, quick to use. We however did not take into account the noise factor that is associated with it. Because you use quite a bit of force to slam the top down. Great product, especially for professional kitchens, but maybe not the best to use late at night if you live in an apartment. Other than that, love it.
