Excellent product, have had sharp pains from my calf muscles up to the top of my right leg. Has suppressed the pain and is also helped to strengthen the leg muscles to reduce discomfort. Pads are good if looked after, couple have lost stickiness. Has good power and excellent battery life

Instructions aren't all that clear especially how to get out of DIY,but works well.

This is an easy device to use , quite a few set programs to allow for pain relief or massage that work very well. The only small problem I have found is that the programs only last for 20 minutes and then you have to restart it , this isn't a big issue though my old one didn't have this problem. Overall I would recommend this item as it works very well.

This a great item. Works really well and charge last a good few uses. I used this after knee surgery to help with recovery and was really helpful. I have used this about 20+ times pads are still working well.

Didn't help with the ease of pain at all. Clarity of instructions difficult to understand mostly worked out by trial and error, don't recommend it

I've had back pain for a while which prevents me from doing much physical movements to strengthen my back muscles. This device has allowed me to stretch my muscles which has made a difference in my back pain quite a bit. It has a lot of different modes so you can select the one you really like and what suits you. Its better than the Dr. Hos product I used to use.

I was in a car accident 2 months ago and found that the EMS/TENS therapy at the PT clinic really helped stop muscle spasms in my shoulder that caused a lot of pain. So I bought this little unit for home, expecting it to be pretty wimpy. Boy was I wrong about that! At PT I have them turn it all the way up, but with this portable unit, I can't can't get anywhere near the highest setting. Though I do think it's not quite as strong when you use all 4 pads. I usually use 2 pads and then if I need help in another area, I move the 2 pads and do another 20 or 30 minutes. I had to play around with the settings, and ended up in DIY mode with it set at a rate of 14, pulse at 240, and cycle at 30. That gave me the closest experience to continuous stimulation I could get to. Though there are probably other ways to get the same experience. Then I tried it out on my husband who has bad knees from years of construction work. I really didn't expect this little zapper to help him at all. But to our happy surprise, his knee pain went away. He was still stiff if he didn't bend the knee for a while, but the pain went away! I loved it so much I got one for my daughter whose partner has excruciating back spasms. Waiting to hear back from them now. I may end up buying a third unit so I can keep one in the house and one in my office. I do recommend buying extra pads because you are going to want to share this great little therapy box with others.
