Are these good for dental work?

I’m not a dentist, but as a doctor I use this tool during procedures and in surgeries often. I own about 8 of these for different types of procedures. I would presume they would be fine for dental work as well, however, by a licensed and trained professional.

Does this set work with the dremel 290-01 0.2 amp 7,200 stroke per minute engraver?

I'm not sure if it would work with that model since I don't have the dremel 290-01 0.2 amp. Hopefully someone will have that model.

Can I engrave silicone with this?

You might be able to if you go slow so you don't tear it if its the soft rubbery type. The harder the material the nicer the results.
