Conklin All American Fountain Pen with Stub Nib - Lapis Blue

This is my third Conklin All American pen, I received the one with the new omniflex nib, which is a delight to use! The price was excellent on offer and I'd be happy to pay around £75-80. The blue is beautiful, very well finished and a joy to write with. The cigar shape of the pen makes it very comfortable to use over long periods.This is a well balanced pen that writes like a dream, easy to fill and clean out, just don't leave any ink in there to dry out. There is some flex and you do need to give it a tiny press, but that's the joy of trying something new.Using a fountain pen is a wonderful, organic experience and with the amount of actual writing I do, it's a godsend. It's a shame kids are not taught to write properly anymore, it is a wonderful way to keep the little grey cells alive and sparkly!

I am really love this pen, especially for the price I got it pen for. Everywhere else this pen was sell for £76.59 or more.It came with a very nice smooth 1.1 stub nib which I was going I was to change with a gold Goulet medium nib. However, after using the nib I will keep it on.

Nice enough pen, the stub was decent, a bit thick for my liking, but OK. What i didn't like was the amount of plastic shavings and ridges left from manufacturing in the pen. Would have liked a bit more polish and more dotted 'i's and crossed 't's on it.

Sorunsuz yazıyor. M uç yazıyordu, M uç geldi. Akışkan bir mürekkep kullanıyorum ve kalemi dengeliyor.Bu arada bu mavi (Lapis) modeli görseldekinden çok daha güzel bir tona ve desene sahip. Bunu da göz önünde bulundurup indirimlerde kaçırmayın derim. Ben Conklin'lerde özellikle de All American serisinde bir sorun yaşamıyorum. Sevgiler.

Aylarca fiyatının inmesini beklediğim medium uç ürünü stub uç olarak gönderdiler. Yine de kullanırım diye düşünerek kartuş taktım fakat kalem yazmadı. Uç kısmını temizledim yine yazmadı; damak kısmından mürekkep akıttı her yere ama yazmadı… Ve koskoca amazon bu mağduriyet için hiçbir şey yapmadı. En azından yenisini aynı fiyata alabilmek için indirim çeki istedim, mailime yanıt bile vermediler… Ki global olmayan markalar dahi mağduriyet yaşanınca indirim çeki gönderiyorlar hemen… Prime day’de asla ürün alınmayacağını da görmüş oldum. Hayallerin kalemiydi, hala da üzülüyorum…
