The bag is decent quality but does seem a little cheap in person due to the way the letter is personalized. It still holds a decent amount of things inside. The bottom part has a hard liner that folds in half. You have to open it up to cover the whole bottom. The bow that comes with it is a little small. It's not quite big enough to make into a bow.

I was pleasantly surprised by the solid construction and feel of this tote. The material is thick and sturdy, from top to bottom. Handles are comfortable and the stitching seems strong. I'd feel comfortable using this for a variety of uses. It may hang onto some sand if brought to the beach, so that's something to consider before using it for this purpose. This is not in any way due to the quality of the bag, just that this type of fabric is porous enough to hold onto fine sand and possibly track it indoors.

I purchased a similar one for myself and loved it and thought to make this my theme gift for the women in my life this Xmas season. I tried different vendors offering similar or same type items so they would have variations. This one had the least impressive quality for the same value. The canvas is super thin and came folded with deep creases that still have not flattened out with 2 days of hanging it with heavy items and the initial is only printed on one side with this one.
