KT Tape, Original Cotton, Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 16’ Uncut Roll

I recently got the Care Science Waterproof Kinesiology Tape for my daughter, who is a dedicated cheerleader, and it’s been a fantastic addition to her training and recovery routine. Works amazingly, love it. Very good quality, love how it isn't itchy, only take it off with oils or in the shower especially on more sensitive areas, it sticks very well so it can tear off skin, very big roll that lasts a long time, and very small, easy to just put somewhere and it not get in the way, it works for everyone of all shapes and sizes, for the most part it is waterproof but too much water will make it coke off such as excessive sweating, other than that love it

This works well for hyper-mobility support, but it doesn't stay on the skin as long as what the PT uses

I won’t run another race without this. KT tape helped my so much and is way more confortable than trying to wrap. The edges do start to peel after a bit but still seems to hold well.Don’t let it stick to else or you’re toast

Works well especially when I can cut it to the lengths I needed. Stays on well, even through a shower.

This tape is great. I have had a tendon tear on my ankle. This tape provides support so that I can walk without pain. That and exercises help a great deal.

I tried both KT Original Cotton and KT Pro tapes for a problem with both of my knees (likely meniscus tears at different stages of healing). I was tired of the uncomfortable brace and compression sleeve that I'd been using. One knee was almost healed, while the other was strong enough that I could make the switch to tape. I opted for the uncut roll because I didn't want to be locked into 10" strips, which seemed too long for use on my knee. That turned out to be a good decision; I always ended up using less than 10" because of the tape's stretch.I used the KT tape under work clothes, not for exercise. The Original Cotton was good for one day of wear, even if I skipped a shower on a weekend. The edges of the tape would roll up under my jeans. Aside from the edges, the adhesion was okay. I found the KT Pro to be much better for me. Adhesion was great -- it would last 2 - 3 days. After a shower I would use a blow drier to partially dry the tape and then let it air dry while I finished getting ready for work. On my "better" knee, the tape made it feel as if there was no problem at all. It was wonderful to be walking around at work and realizing there was no pain in the one knee. Ultimately, I'm back on the knee brace I hate because it's going to take a few weeks longer for the other knee to heal. I could keep using the tape, but it would end up being the cost of several knee braces by the time I'm fully healed. If you want to try the KT tape, I suggest the KT Pro is worth the few extra dollars because it'll last longer.

Works well if you follow instructions and put it on an hour before activity. Comes off easily when done
