Lovely book, I had passione when it came out so had to have this. I have done a few recipes, they always felt like I should do something else but don’t, trust in the recipe and you will be rewarded

Good recipes for using carrots in a souffle, beetroot in a risotto and warm pumpkin salad but where do you find courgette flowers or Swiss chard (OK if you have an allotment!) It gives ideas what you can create yourself with a bit of imagination.

Another wonderful book from Genaro. This time there are some fantastic recipes using vegetables. Great if you are trying to she'd a few pounds

I love this book. Like many these days I eat less meat and more vegetables, but in my case I have a poor imagination on how to cook them. My initial impression is that Gennaro has produced a wide ranging collection of recipes using everyday vegetables. Most are dishes allowing the taste of the vegetables to sing. Who knew celery pesto was a thing? Pea polpette with spicy tomato sauce and Neapolitan potato coquettes will be on my table this weekend. I really look forward to trying most of the recipes as these vegetables come into season. Great thing is I grow most of them. Not been this excited about vegetables in a long time.I really do recommend this book. Gennaro is a master of taking simple ingredients and turning them into a flavour bomb.

I haven't cooked anything from it yet but it looks nice.

It was a present for my daughter who enjoys veg so lots of new ideas.

The book is full of lovely meal for all the family.
