I love this pebble ice maker! I’ve recently been really addicted to good crunchy pebble ice and this machine satisfies all craving! It works fairly quickly with minimal noise to make little pebble/pellet ice. Though keep in mind it can be a little noisy. Like a low pitched grinding noise but it doesn’t bother us. I can hear it from the top of the stairs at night but I don’t notice it otherwise during the day. It fills up fast enough for our needs. My husband and I fill our 2 40oz water bottles and use the rest of the ice throughout the day. The ice has the perfect soft crunch. Initially I was worried about how to store the ice once made but the machine does a great job of keeping it cold enough! I no longer use the ice bin I bought for my freezer. The machine will automatically run again when ice levels get too low. We purchase purified water gallons to fill it with. About half a gallon fills it to the max line and that lasts us usually 2 days before refilling. So far very easy to clean. I just run the clean cycle then empty it into a mixing bowl from the spout underneath. I would drain directly into the sink but it’s on the other side of my kitchen and kinda heavy to lift/unplug. It is kinda hard to keep the front clean. Theres always fingerprints on it no matter how much I wipe them off. It does come with a scoop but I bought a magnetic one that I keep on the front of the machine. I prefer for the scoop not to sit in the ice bucket in the machine.

I have a Samsung refrigerator that only produces ice for a few days and then makes a mass of ice. After trying to fix it several times with only temporary success, I decided to buy an external ice maker and it worked better. It makes ice quickly; the ones you see in the photo are the large ones, but it also has a function for smaller ice cubes. It can also clean itself when minerals from the water accumulate. It’s small for the counter! That’s súper important for me because when I cook I use all the counters! I like the space!

I’m a huge fan of pebble ice, and this machine definitely delivers. It’s been going strong and works great, though I’ll be real: pebble ice is actually kind of hard to drink! It tends to collect at the top and block you from getting a sip. ​A few things to know: it is super loud. It caught me off guard the first time it ran in the middle of the night. Also, I wasn't a fan of the plastic scoop it came with (seemed like a breeding ground for mold), so I replaced it with a metal scoop on a magnetic hook since there’s no built-in holder. If you can handle the noise, the ice is worth it! I give it a 3.5!

This WAS a great little ice maker. "WAS," meaning that the pump quit working after only 5 months of ownership. We tried to find a replacement pump for it, but we were unsuccessful. Another made in China product. We had to purchase a different brand of ice maker altogether, and the new one is an American-made product. We don't recommend wasting your money on this particular ice maker. For the money we spent, we sure expected it to last a whole lot longer than it did.

We bought this ice maker for our RV because we have very little space, a tiny freezer but use a lot of ice. We were buying bags of ice each week and started reading reviews on ice makers instead. We've been using this one for about 3 days now and so far we are very happy with it. It set up in minutes. We ran water through it as instructed first on the cleaning cycle, filled it with filtered water, chose large cubes and within minutes we had ice. The ice is clean, odor and taste free and frozen solid. It's relatively quiet which is important in our small space. As long as it holds up overtime we'll continue to be happy. It's small and compact and looks neat on the counter. It feels solid and sturdy. **UPDATE!** It's been almost a year now and the ice maker is still going strong! Zero problems. It pretty much runs all day and we turn it off at night or when we go away. I just keep it clean and it's doing fine.

Love this little machine. I set the machine to make ice cubes and when the bucket gets full I transfer the ice to a container in my freezer. If I were to leave the ice in the ice maker they melt too quickly. That would be the only possible drawback. But it is quick at making ice. And the size of the large is perfect for us.

I always worry about writing reviews for appliances while they are still new, but if anything changes, this review will be updated asap. I hope I’m not jinxing it! This is my FAVORITE ice maker! It makes chewable, pebble ice, BUT, unlike my previous ones, the ice is a little thicker so it lasts longer, but it’s still super crunchy & enjoyable to chew! It makes thicker ice faster than my other machine makes a batch of its version that melts instantly in room temp water. This machine makes ice that does NOT melt Instantly even in room temp water. Maybe I should create a video to show what I mean. I put 10 little pebbles from this machine in my left hand & 10 from the other in my right hand & guess which hand still had pebbles after 10 seconds - the left hand! They took longer to melt. Be careful, if you overfill the water (if you can feel the water with the ice basket inside) you’re just wasting electricity & making the water in the machine SUPER cold. So scoop out the water to put back when the level goes down. This machine is quiet & so easy to use. My husband overfilled it because he filled it……in super low lighting, hahahahaha. I also did it once. It holds a good amount of water & the ice basket is twice the size & so much sturdier than any others. Two cycles & the box I put my ice in inside the freezer is full. Tomorrow is cleaning day & I have no concern, it’s self cleaning so I won’t do much work other than filling & emptying it.

This is a great product, when the ice basket is full, empty it and put it back in. It will continue making ice, until the water chamber is empty.
