I put the cart before the horse on this one as I was the proud owner of a G Wagen before I bought this some time ago. Its a good read with clear print and loads of information on the various models and their history. This book is far superior to other Brooklands test reprints that I have for some reason. I also found this book better for buying guide info and differences between models. Of the G wagen books out there this is one of the better ones. Go on buy it!

The book is very good giving a thorough overview of the g wagen , but only up to 2005 - it needs to be updated - apart from that good value for money

Unfortunately absolutely not what was expected.Almost entire books copy & paste and a collection of old 3rd party test reports vs. real information.

if you love G Wagens.... its a must.... goes through all the models and updates...road tests etc.... after reading you will understand where the obsessive fans are coming from.

This was bought as a present, given the busy time of year, delivery time was excellent. Thank you very much.

A 'must read' for anyone thinking of buying a Mercedes G wagen, The book contains large quantities of magazine reviews of most if not all models, from basic seventies model to G500 AMG,s! Also various articles relating to the G'.

This is a nice book with a lot of historic information regarding the models and magazines articles (from the era of the different models) but i was expecting a more technical book. For me it's a G lover's must have.
