Body & Face Dry Brush Set

Pretty much just as expected, everything that was supposed to be included came with. :) They are comfortable to use and you really feel great after a session.

This dry brush set comes with a "body" brush (larger, more stiff bristles) and a "face" brush (smaller, with a handle and soft bristles), a bag and a little booklet explaining the basics of dry brushing. Very nice set for gift giving or someone just getting into dry brushing.The body brush can be really intense at times, but my skin does feel noticeably softer after using the brush set.

Honestly, when I first got this set it reminded me of a brush I used to use on a horse I had years ago. The bristles aren't exactly what I would call soft BUT they are perfect for the brushes purpose. I didn't feel any kind of pain or discomfort while using the brush and made sure to apply just enough pressure without leaving any red marks. Brushing was actually quite calming/relaxing and it really made my body feel invigorated, even a bit more youthful. I started by just using it on my legs but it was so relaxing that I now use it head to toe. It is easy to clean and I think it would make a fabulous gift for most people. Excellent brush set!!

Got this for my wife and she loves it. She says the quality is great and it functions well. Overall she is very pleased with this and would recommend.

I was initially disappointed when I received this Body & Face Dry Brush Set because the packaging was quite damaged from shipping. It was odd because the Amazon box it came in seemed to be in perfect condition, but the contents were not as fortunate. Thankfully, the box protected the items themselves, and it also included a nice travel bag that I plan to keep and use for more than just the two brushes. I don't intend to travel with them.Both brushes in the set are extremely soft and have a nice weight to them. I believe they are well built and will last, including the strap behind the brush. Not only have I been using this set since receiving it, but my partner has been using it as well.I'm hoping that the condition of the box I received is a one-off situation, and it doesn't significantly impact my overall rating. As someone who plans to discard the damaged box and found the items inside to be in good condition, it's not a major issue for me. However, if I had purchased this as a gift for someone else, the mangled box could have been a much larger concern. In my review, I'm primarily focusing on the product itself and trying to be understanding that the damage to the box is likely something that very few people will experience, and even fewer will be affected by it.

This is a nice dry brushing set if you’re starting out or unsure. It’s not pricey to decide if you like the practice. I love the body brush (the larger brush) but the face brush (the smaller brush) is a bit too soft for my liking. I didn’t feel like it had the same benefits of the body brush. All in all this is a nice set and is a great gift for yourself or someone else. Dry brushing really does make you feel so good.

This didn't work well for me. It was too rough for my skin. Yes it does the job of getting dead skin off, but it felt like it was burning my skin as i used it.

Reviewing: Body & Face Dry Brush Set:I’m new to dry brushing, but have been interested in finding out more, so I was enthusiastic to try this set.The brushes are beautifully packaged, in a stylish box with a burlap-type drawstring bag with the brushes inside. I was immediately struck by the quality and smoothness of the brushes. They look high-end, and well made, and there are no rough edges, just attention to detail. These brushes are a pleasure to hold.The face brush reminds me of the wooden brushes used to brush babies’ hair. The larger body brush has a canvas strap that goes around the hand, to make the brush easy to hold.There’s an instruction booklet, and the instructions are given very clearly, with easy-to-follow diagrams. This set makes it very easy for someone new to dry brushing to learn the technique. I’m getting used to it very quickly, and I think my skin is already benefiting from this. The brushes are gentle enough to be used comfortably. I have sensitive skin, and was expecting some irritation, but I haven’t experienced any ill-effects at all.This is a lovely set that would make a great gift for a friend or relative, or just for yourself, as part of the self-care routine that we should probably all try to embrace. I have no hesitation in recommending this set; everything about it says quality.
