Easy fix for a Neato that wasn't working right
Our Neato was acting up - sometimes it would run, sometimes it just turned on and off. Turns out it was an easy fix - a new battery. We ordered this battery based on the part number listed on the side of the battery. Product arrived quickly and our Neato is running great.

Worked for 64 days and now it is e-waste
Bought it on Feb 15 and as of today April 19 the battery no longer charges. The robot shows a blinking red battery light and 1% battery after being on the charger for 24h.I've tried contacting the seller but Amazon directs me to their automated system that is just not helpful at all.I would not recommend this item after this experience.

Second life
Unfortunately, the Neato company is no more, but this off-brand battery replacement nonetheless gave our dear, indispensable robot a second life.

Battery dies very fast.
The battery has died. I purchased this battery on March 31, 2025 installed weeks later and it is died May 10, 2025.

Can’t believe what a difference this battery made! Brought new life to our robovac. Works like it did when new.

Stopped charging after 1.5 months
It worked great a few times only. Now it indicates that it’s charging but doesn’t actually ever complete (says “charging to clean”).

Great battery
Did my first big cleaning run today and it ran for an hour and a half until the battery was drained. I’m really happy with the performance. Hopefully it lasts a couple years before degrading too much.
