I have been using glass Ello water bottles for YEARS.... ok? and they are great, but I have discovered that they are sometimes forbidden in certain venues, are pretty heavy, and they are covered with that silicone cover thing that makes it hard to get the bottle in and out of some things very easily. That being said, we are doing some preparation for a trip we are taking and these little bottles are really meeting the mark. They slide easily in and out of our bags and stroller caddy. We got the 16 oz version and its just the right size for slipping into the sleeve of a carry-on or an underseat bag. They are not heavy and dont contribute a lot to the overall weight of my luggage (when empty). They have the little handle thingy to pass a carabiner or strap through. They dont have any plastic at all. I am pleased! They also come in lots of fun colors. We just got the stainless steel one and the black on though (i guess we are boring lol). I have been using mine everyday since I got it in my purse doing errands and whatnot and its really holding up and hasnt leaked. If you are looking for an insulated option, this isnt it, but thats not what the product is. Its a solid, no fuss single wall stainless steel bottle that will likely last a long time.

my favorite of the water bottles I own. I love that the screw cap is also steel instead of plastic. Bonus details like the folding handle is easy to grab, but never in the way. The build quality is top notch. It feels sturdy, the lid fits well, and even the handle which looks like it could be flimsy is solid and fits really nice. It stays where you put it and you aren't worried it's gonna fall off no matter how hard you swing it.

I bought the Bambaw water bottle to replace the empty 28oz Gatorade bottle that I normally fill with water at the gym. I've become more aware of microplastics accumulating in the human body, so I wanted a completely plastic free water bottle to use at the gym.I was initially concerned that the Bambaw water bottle would be noticeably heavier to carry around, especially once it's filled with water. I weighed it and it was 9.1oz empty (vs my Gatorade bottle at 1.6oz). However, once I started using it at the gym, I didn't notice the weight at all. I also looked into aluminum water bottles which are lighter, but I read from the reviews that they dent very easily. The bambaw stainless steel bottle is very very solid. I tried squeezing it and it doesn't feel like it will dent at all under normal use.Note that the bambaw water bottle isn't insulated so hot liquids will make the bottle too hot to hold; I noticed this when I was cleaning it with hot water. I only use it for drinking cold water though so no problems for my use. I was concerned that the bambaw bottle would be hard to hold because my Gatorade bottle had a special ergonomic shape that make it easy to hold. Happy to say that I've had no problems holding the bambaw bottle at the gym.I did have a weird issue with screwing on the bambaw cap one time. I must have slightly angled it in such a way that it got really screwed in and stuck at an angle, even though I was pretty careful. I eventually got it to unscrew. So from then on, I'm just more careful when I try to screw on the cap; I make sure that I'm screwing the cap completely straight.So far, very happy with the water bottle.

I was a little unsure about buying the full 1l size of this bottle because I was worried it would be too big, but it turned out to be just right for me. I've heard people complain about too much of a metal taste with these stainless bottles. I'm not sure where that comes from. Maybe the water they're drinking tastes metallic, but the water from my RO at home when stored in this bottle tastes the same as when I stored it in my old Nalgene that I finally chucked in the recycle. Good quality with this and pretty tough. It has one good dent in the side after some rough handling but it adds character and does not affect function. Some have also said they prefer the insulated kind so their water stays cool longer. That's never really been an issue for me because I don't like the extra bulk of the insulated bottles. I'm fine drinking my water at whatever temp it comes out at. Has not leaked so far and doesn't seem like it wants to any time soon. Just bought another smaller one for a stocking stuffer and will definitely buy another one of these too.

Used for a month as my everyday bottle! Works great. Sturdy, doesn’t leak and fits in cup holders.

I bought this specifically for the fact that it's NOT insulated/double-walled - perfect for boiling/purifying water on a camp-fire, and inexpensive compared to other stainless steel options.

I like that this bottle is all metal except for the cork on top. The wider mouth makes it easy to clean and water stays cold for several hours.

I am very disappointed in the build quality for the price. After just two weeks of gentle use, the lid handle broke off and scraped the bottle's coat (see photo). Believe me when I say that I used this VERY gently - it was only in my hand, my car cupholder, or on my desk, and I never even used the handle or swung it around.Additionally, the lid itself is made of unsealed wood, and is already showing signs of moisture damage (see photo). I am guessing this is a result of the condensation that forms on the bottle when full.To be fair, I also want to share three positives: first, the bottle kept my water admirably cold for being non-insulated. Second, there are no plastic components - only metal, wood, and a silicone gasket. Third, at least as far I tested, the gasket is indeed throroughly waterproof when sealed/screwed in.Would not buy again.

The size of this water bottle, 500ml, is great for carrying it around in your backpack. It’s light (why I didn’t buy the insulated one), and has enough water so that you are not annoyed by how much you have to fill it. Sure, it’s not going to last you all day, and that’s the point. I bought it to last throughout a class, or a workout. Then I fill it up whenever there’s a fountain near. My school has a lot. I also brought this one because there is zero microplastics (the seal between the cap is a silicone gasket (no plastic at all on the cap)). Also the 204 stainless steal version will not seep toxic chemicals into your water. And will remain resilient. The coating (paint) used on the outside is also surprisingly durable, surely it will eventually chip or scratch. It has not yet though. I really wanted a glass bottle (for its inertness), but they are not durable, too heavy, and there didn’t seam to be any with no plastic on the cap. This metal one was cheap, good quality, and keeps you healthy. Drinking from the lid, you may spill some on your face. But only a few times before you realize how to never do that again. The inner diameter of the opening is 4.5 centimetres (it’s pretty small compared to a regular glass cup) which does make drinking a bit easier. I would much rather have this opening than a plastic straw or lid with a flip up drinking apparatus. I like this bottle a lot.

I bought this to keep Gatorade in at the pool for Lane Swim and must say it is VERY well made. Before receiving the package I wasn't sure what to expect, but my biggest concern was the thickness/qualify of the handle as I want to attach it to my bag for ease.Once you get this item in your hands you'll see exactly what I mean here, absolutely worth it.
