Garbage product with even worse support.About a month into owning these, one of them started making a metallic grinding noise. If you Google the issue, it appears others have had the same issue with these EKWB fans. I reached out to EKWB and I was dismissively told they can't do anything about it and that it would "violate their contract with their reseller" if they were to honor the warranty directly. So I reached out to the reseller I purchased this through here on Amazon, Titan Rig. They said their local EKWB distributor has no replacements to send me and that I should contact Amazon.I'm talking to an Amazon support representative right now, and they have made it right. Keep in mind, they have no obligation to help in this matter. A+ to Amazon's incredible customer service!I will never buy an EKWB product in the future.
