Does it come with any mounting hardware or rings to hide the screws?

They don’t... they actually don’t include anything but a pair of inline capacitors.

Will this speaker fit the dashboard speakers for a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500

Yes they fit, but they do not directly bolt in. I installed them in my 2015 Sierra replacing the Bose speakers and the difference is well worth cost in my opinion. I wasn't going to use the Bose speakers or sell them, so I just gutted the cone, cut out the basket/magnet and the morels dropped right in allowing me to use the stock mounts of the Bose. If I had the time and tools to make a template, that would have been more ideal, but I didn't at the time of the install.

Can I run these off of a 75 watt per channel amp?
