Rich, Organic Boost for My Chunky Soil Mix 🌿🌱
I’ve been adding these organic worm castings into my chunky soil mix, and they’re a great natural fertilizer. The texture is rich and clean, and it blends in easily with coco chips, perlite, and charcoal. It gives the mix a nutrient boost while still keeping everything airy and well-draining. I love that it’s organic and natural — safe for my houseplants and perfect for giving them an extra kick of slow-release nutrition. My plants have responded really well so far, with healthier leaves and stronger growth. The bag size was perfect, exactly what I ordered. ✅ Why I love it: -Clean, high-quality worm castings -Blends easily into chunky soil mixes -Adds nutrients without compacting the soil -Organic and safe for houseplants -Great complement to coco chips, perlite, and charcoal ⚠️ Cons: -None — it’s exactly what I wanted Overall, this is an excellent soil enhancer and a must-have for anyone who mixes their own potting blends. It’s now a staple in my repotting routine. 🌿

Works great for growing sweet potatoes!
This was my first year growing sweet potatoes from slips. Apparently sweet potatoes grow best in nitrogen depleted soil so they can focus energy on root growth (i.e., the sweet potato itself, not the greens). I didn’t notice any smell to this bone meal. I applied 2 tablespoons around each slip at soil level roughly every 2 weeks and watered it in along with 1 tbsp all purpose fertilizer. I noticed beautiful sweet potato flower blooms that attracted all kinds of pollinators to my garden! The bees loved it! For my first year, I’m really happy with my harvest! I chose this specific bone meal product since the brand is well-known to me. Great quality, also it just happened to be a reasonable price. Win-win. I still have some left over for next year’s planting.

Great fertilizer, also help deter herbavores from garden beds/trees.
I've been using this stuff for a while as fertilizer, just bought some as Rabbit deterrent as I saw due to high piles of snow... they can now eat the bark off fruit tree branches. Lost one low hanging Apple branch, I probably was going to cut anyway, but they also reached a grafted branch 5 feet off the ground!!!! Luckily I saved 10-12 inches of the 2 year old graft. No granny smith this year :( This bloodmeal is a fine powder, I plan on mixing some and spraying it directly onto the fruit branches tomorrow, I didn't think I'd be able to do this but Because of the high quality and fine grains they should dissolve and make an effective repellent spray for my trees before and after I wrap any exposed branches. I dug out the snow pile granting access to branches and used a mixture of Coyote urine and circles of bloodmeal that should, from past experiences, keep them away. If it doesn't, as a last resort (if anyone is curious) Buy freeze dried rabbit blood, they sell it as dog treats and supplements. It's expensive but nothing scares an animal away faster than it's own kind in danger.

Good quality, and good quantity for the price
I usually mix some perlite and pine bark into the potting mix they sell at the big box stores to improve drainage and aeration of the soil. You don't need too much of either - less than 10% of the total amount of soil. My many house plants are happy.

Expensive
The product is great but to expensive and bag is small and does not go far.

Good value for the amount
I use this to amend soil for water retention and as a medium to grow sunflower sprouts. It works fine for these purposes. Please note, the particle size is fine, if this is important to you. Also, it comes in a resealable bag, which is a bonus. I have purchased this several times.
