I’ve only been on these pills for two months but I am already a changed man from it. About six years ago I developed an Overractive Bladder and it was a nightmare. I would go and 5 minutes later I had the need to go again. I even had false starts where it felt like I was about to go on myself (never had a accident). I was paying over $100 for Sanctura XR a month but it barely made half the symptoms go away and I had a strong feeling I needed to urinate 75% of the day. I ended up losing 20 pounds and nearly all my symptoms went away... for a while. I still go a lot (every 1-2 hours) and if stressed the symptoms worsen. Especially when I am in a new place and don’t know the restroom locations. About 4 months ago I went on a cruise and I had the worst case of bladder problems. After I got back I started researching on cheaper solutions. I tried mp3 oab hypnotherapy since my issues are mainly anxiety related and small bladder/frequent urination. I tried hypnotherapy for oab that didn’t help. However these pills have made a world of difference. I am going less during the day, my urgency is 95% gone and even when it strikes it is very mild. I did discover before trying these pills that a quarter of my issue is diet soda. I hate to give it up but I went three weeks on sugar pop (one a day at supper) and when I tried another diet pop and I had a touch of frequency and urgency again. I plan on keeping these pills going since I am very active when I go on trips and I won’t let my bladder stop me anymore from keeping me away from roller coasters, going on long cruise excursions, or feel I should avoid margaritas in Mexico because it might make my bladder upset. Happy to report that on my cruise this past week I fully enjoyed the alcohol package and only had 2 mild 10 minutes of urgency episodes. For my type of bladder issues it was a homerun!

Can't really tell it does much of anything. My BPH is perhaps beyond what this can fix, but I continue to take it.
