I’ve only been on these pills for two months but I am already a changed man from it. About six years ago I developed an Overractive Bladder and it was a nightmare. I would go and 5 minutes later I had the need to go again. I even had false starts where it felt like I was about to go on myself (never had a accident). I was paying over $100 for Sanctura XR a month but it barely made half the symptoms go away and I had a strong feeling I needed to urinate 75% of the day. I ended up losing 20 pounds and nearly all my symptoms went away... for a while. I still go a lot (every 1-2 hours) and if stressed the symptoms worsen. Especially when I am in a new place and don’t know the restroom locations. About 4 months ago I went on a cruise and I had the worst case of bladder problems. After I got back I started researching on cheaper solutions. I tried mp3 oab hypnotherapy since my issues are mainly anxiety related and small bladder/frequent urination. I tried hypnotherapy for oab that didn’t help. However these pills have made a world of difference. I am going less during the day, my urgency is 95% gone and even when it strikes it is very mild. I did discover before trying these pills that a quarter of my issue is diet soda. I hate to give it up but I went three weeks on sugar pop (one a day at supper) and when I tried another diet pop and I had a touch of frequency and urgency again. I plan on keeping these pills going since I am very active when I go on trips and I won’t let my bladder stop me anymore from keeping me away from roller coasters, going on long cruise excursions, or feel I should avoid margaritas in Mexico because it might make my bladder upset. Happy to report that on my cruise this past week I fully enjoyed the alcohol package and only had 2 mild 10 minutes of urgency episodes. For my type of bladder issues it was a homerun!

I bought this Pumkin Seed Oil because of research AND... I am tired of having to wear liners like a baby...geez! I have only been taking them for about a week, 1 pill twice a day and I can honestly say I do notice a difference in urgency to pee and frequency as well. For now, I am still wearing liners, just in case...However, I hope to update this review in about 3 weeks and tell you I no longer need liners! ..Wish me luck!

I have been taking this for about 3 and a half months only 2 pills per day. Slowly but steadily, I feel the urge to go less frequently and my nighttime bathroom trips have gone from 5 - 6 times a night to 2 - 3 times a night. Also, my hair seems thicker (I don't have thin hair to begin with). It took about this long to notice that it felt different and seemed fuller. It reminds me of my pregnancy hair LOL. I have been told it does look thicker by other people, too.

Excellent product for anyone with incontenance problems. When your bladder causes you to feel like you need to urinate all the time, THIS IS THEPRODUCT YOU NEED TO TAKE. Taken as described, the product works very well in a matter of days. The capsules are quite large but taken withliquid, they go down easily. Before taking this product I was using 5-6 incontenance pads per day. Now I only need to use one since starting thesecapsules three days ago.

I trust the "NOW" products. I bought this for putting a halt to my hairloss. The softgels are big and I know I'm getting a high dose. I cant say this alone is stopping the hairloss since I am using multiple things along with it to stop it.. but if I prick the gel and feel the consistency and smell it is similar to a pumpkin seed oil that is liquid form for cooking so I know its a good product.
