This really will stop you from snoring. I’ve been using it for a week now and I find I sleep much better too. I’m putting this down to the nasal dilators. Breathing is improved, snoring is gone and my wife doesn’t move to the spare room in the middle of the night!It’s all delivered in sealed packaging for hygiene and the guard moulding is really quick and easy. Once moulded, it fits really comfortably and the storage case is great for keeping the guard and dilators together and just chucking in the bedside drawer.This has to be the cheapest, easiest and most effective snoring solution. Highly recommended!

Although being slightly sceptical about this purchase, I've suffered for years with poor sleep, waking myself up snoring or my partner waking me to be quiet. However I am really impressed. It's nicely packaged with clear, easy to follow instructions. The bite adjusting mouthguard is comfortable and the nasal dilators are easy to fit and quiet and effective too. It's still early days but i've just experienced the best nights sleep i've had in years.

I really wanted this to work. My poor wife has suffered enough. Unfortunately I found it very uncomfortable. The biggest issue for me was while you are led on your side, your mouth will make saliva. You CANNOT swallow while wearing this. 10 minutes of dozing and my wife told me to take it out as I was snoring. Sorry. Didn't work for me. Gutted

This anti snore device is really good, I was a little sceptical and tried many things over the years, however this works fantastic and is really easy to use and also comfortable.

Glad this works for other people however for me, my mouth just kept producing saliva when I had it in so had to keep taking it out and swallowing. Kept waking up as I was drifting off.The theory is good though, it brought my bottom jaw forward and I believe I wouldn’t have snored that night.Also be careful moulding, I Placed it in just boiled water for 15-20 seconds as instructed, although after 16 seconds I noticed part of the gum shield dissolving in the water so quickly removed. (Prob was too hot) It moulded well to my teeth but did have a slight texture on the inside which felt weird against my tongue.

I've been using the nasal dilators for several months now and am still amazed at the improvement in my health and increased energy. I now have a better quality of life after finding this perfect solution to poor sleep and fatigue so I decided to buy a second set as backup. The original ones show no signs of age or wear but I felt a second set would give me security in case I misplaced the originals as I'd hate to be without them. Terrific value for the health benefits.

It’s really simple to set up as the instructions are clear and concise, and it’s comfortable once you’re used to using it.I’ve always struggled with snoring since I was a teenager, and my wife has always hated sleeping next to me but this is making both of us have a better nights sleep!
