RUIXI 2 in 1 Lighetr Permanent Match Antique Style Flint Wheel Kerosene Lighter with Permanent Match (Brass)

Quite a quality lighter. I got the all brass design. I haven't had any scratches on it yet, even when using the match. The main lighter is surprisingly windproof. Although it takes some getting used to, the mechanism is pretty smooth once you do. My new favorite lighter!

It broke within a month and the company offered ZERO help let alone reimbursement or replacement. The side of the lid has broken off. The match will no longer screw in. The rod to strike the match on to has broken off and I had to super glue it on (within a month of ordering mind you) Find a better product with a better company which won't be difficult because this company is the worst I've delt with on Amazon.

After two days of owning this lighter, the soft brass threads on the permanent match portion became stripped and made it impossible to screw in the permanent match. Basically this made the lighter inoperable as the match portion not being properly seated will allow lighter fluid to leak out of the lighter. Which can leave blisters on the skin if it leaks out while in you pocket and also cause the lighter to dry out which means constant refilling.

Any lighter that takes a liquid fuel is usually dependable, the problem I have had with them is the fuel drys up. I don't smoke so I light candles incense, things like that. Since the lighter sits for a while, sometimes, the fuel evaporates, but the flint always gives a good spark to light the wick. Almost any lighter after a refueling it doesn't work right, it needs to sort for a moment. This thing, ****!!! I can't get it to light. It came with an extra flint I put that in,,,, again****!!. Another day goes by so I think I'll try it again, it is so upsetting. I'm going to go buy a different flint and try that. This one is a gold color. I have seen this before but I just feel I need to try something else. Getting spark had never been an issue with these kind of lighter. Other than that, I like the look I like the match that comes on the side, it such a let down that I can't get it to light. I have it a two star only because I hope the fix is sometime simple if a new flint doesn't help I have to give this a zero even a negative if it never lights
