This camera has a good picture night and day. However, the farthest up it goes is straight ahead. It goes down, left and right but up is straight ahead as you see in the picture. When you zoom all the way out you are looking at the ground. I called Eyedea, they claim it is setup right. I was told maybe put it up higher. I have it as far up as I can get just under my roof. I just don't understand why it looks straight ahead and that is as far up it goes, not even just a little more. I guess I have to tilt the whole camera upward, which will look weird but thats all I can think of doing. I would have rated it a 5 but with this problem I gave it a 3 star.

It was very disappointing that this PTZ cam malfunctioned right out of the box. While most features worked, the 360 deg pan was stuck. I returned it for a refund but would not purchase the same cam as a replacement. It was to be mounted on a very high pole and I couldn't afford the risk of another one failing after installation. So I ponied up the extra dough for a namebrand PTZ

Works well with my cobra video security system, Plugged it in and it started right up with out any set up. Was disappointed because it came with a long coax cable, but didn't come with a long power cable or the three wire RS485 cable. Ended up using a 5 pair telephone cable for that.

works great in daylight but fails at night, current requirements might be more than advertised
