Sciatica Pain Relief Belt - Si Joint Belt for Women - Sacroiliac Belt for Men, Pluz Size

I didn’t expect this belt to do much - it’s lightweight and only a few inches across, but I was pleasantly surprised. I spent the day on my feet today and my low back was screaming at me by the time I got back. I wrapped this around my lower back, tightened it up, and felt instant relief. The belt is stretchy, like a strong elastic. It has a velcro closure. It’s wide enough and soft enough that it doesn’t dig in ti my skin.The belt is large. It looks like it will fit a wide range of sizes. I like that it helps calm the back and that it’s slim and not overly bulky. I am wearing this under a sweatshirt, and you cant’t tell I have it on. The extra layer of wearing this belt also adds a little warmth to the back. Sciatica seems to run in my family, and I will be recommending this belt to them.

This SI joint belt adjusts to a range of body sizes. It will go from very large to very small, with two simple adjustments. First adjust the belt snug but not uncomfortable, then adjust the side tabs for firm support that is comfortable for you. The hook and look closures make these adjustments very simple. (There are insturctions included too!!) I wore the belt for a while and it was comfortable. I have not yet tried it when I was suffering from one of my intermittent SI joint issues, so it's really too soon to tell if helps prevent or alleviate actual SI join pain.

This is a simple product, so I wasn't expecting much. It's well-made, though, and easy to adjust to various waist sizes. I haven't been able to test it on significant pain yet but I can tell from the added pressure when trying this on that it will make at least a bit of difference if you have back pain. The pressure is very nice and feels good on my lower back!

This is a nice quality product material seems sturdy like it will withhold use for quite some time. It is slightly difficult to put on though so if you have a partner at home it will be easier if they can help you put it on correctly so far. I feel like it is supporting me well and I’ve not had a ton of pain since I’ve started wearing it.
