I have been so.disappointed with so many Ceylon cinnamons sticks recently that I didn’t have high expectations. I was wrong. This is the best. It was fresh with an expiration date of 6/28. I will be transferring it to a glass jar for storage. For health reasons I have been told to not drink caffeine. My new morning drink will be part of a cinnamon stick with herbal tea. These sticks are amazing in hot beverages if you like cinnamon like me. I like it so much that I really don’t need to add a herbal tea bag.

Very good quality. It has the correct flavor that I was looking for. This is not the regular cheap thick Chinese cinnamon you buy at the local store. That is a different variant. Ceylon cinnamon does not have the strong scent you expect from the Chinese variety. These are hand picked and peeled by hand very carefully. This cinnamon is very light in aroma, and rather delicate. This cinnamon is good for curries and cooking. This Cinnamon is native to Sri Lanka. Seller has it clearly noted, so before giving a low rating, it is good to know the product you are buying.
