Got it in black, which looks like aged brass. Nice for the money.

Great for price!
I use this when I do living history to keep track of time. I didn't want anything fancy since it's part time gig and my toddler likes to play with this. It's sturdy so far, and if it breaks I won't be too sad since it was cheap. Keeper.

Way smaller than expected
For the price it is ok, very flimsy feeling to it. It is way smaller than I thought it would be 1 3/4" across. Other reviews say it came in a box, mine came in a cheap looking red and gold bag that was inside a plastic bag. I would not gift this to someone.***updateI gave it 1 star because the only time I wear it is once a week for church. The hour and minute arms are loose and fall to the 6:30 position whenever I walk.

Keeps accurate time
I've carried this pocket watch for three years as part of my Civil War reenactment garb. I have had to replace the battery once. It still keeps good time. The black coating is scraped a bit but it has aged nicely and I don't have to pull out a cell phone to know what time it is.
