It works for me! After 2 weeks and 1/day in the AM, my bp went from 135/86 on average to now 121/80 pretty consistently!

This supplement includes a blend of 13 herbs and vitamins, including ingredients and anti-oxidents such as Hawthorn, Hibiscus, Garlic, Uva Ursi Leaf, Buchu Leaf, and Olive Leaf. Priced at an affordable $10 (for a 90-day supply at the time of this writing), this supplement claims that it will maintain healthy blood pressure levels ALREADY IN THE NORMAL RANGE. So, while I'm a bit dubious about claims of "maintaining" anything that is "already normal", you can also view this supplement as providing essential nutrients like Vitamin C, B-6, Folate, and especially B-12 (at 4,167% of the RDA -- yikes!). Speaking of which, while B-12 is water soluble (thus most people will expel excess in their urine), I would feel remiss if I didn't mention that high levels of B-12 may lead to acne outbreaks and rosacea -- and (more concerning) may lead to bad outcomes with regards to diabetes or kidney disease, not to mention a higher risk of heart attack and stroke. So, unless you are known to be deficient (via a blood test from your GP), taking a supplement that provides 40x the recommended dose of a vitamin might not be for you, and you instead might want to get your B-12 via an occasional egg, seafood, or a sprinkle of nutritional yeast on your popcorn.

I am excited, as I am trying this new natural supplement to lower my BP. I have just begun and I am so excited that these do not upset my stomach! I really want this natural alternative!
