If you take care of your headphones, that’ll last you a long time. Just like anything else.
I’m going to burn a couple times and I’ve never been disappointed some of the videos that I’ve watched of the lower stars are people who really are trying to test the durability of the headphones, pulling really hard on the cord when they shouldn’t pull that hard. I work in insulation and I put them to work pretty hard so I can say that these headphones are probably some of the best headphones I ever had and it sucks that they’re no longer available because of so many bad reviews. All I can say is that as soon as these come back available, I am definitely getting me a couple pair for the future. They definitely lasted a long time, but I definitely use the heck out of them. lol

The only thing better is the music itself.
Currently Unavailible!? Please bring these back. No other company makes a better product! I'm a simple man, I like the same things in my life. I settled on these in hopes of a long lasting product life. Please Offer them up soon. Mine just got damaged and need a replacement ASAP!

Great product!
Ive had mines for a year and really enjoyed them. The sound quality is great for daily conversations. It vibrates when I receive a call and it's retractable. After a year one of the ear piece gave out so im searching for a replacement now.

Pretty Good Headphones
I got this about 2 weeks ago and so far I'm quite liking them. The sound is good, the battery lasts several days (more than other headphones I've had), and it connects to multiple devices at once. I was struggling to connect it to my computer at first, but got there eventually. If I was going to nitpick I'd say I wish that you could go forward or backward on sound with the headphone controls, but it's not a huge deal. I haven't used them a whole lot on calls, but for the Zooms I have used them on I haven't heard any complaints.

bring back the bcs 700
I've tried so many of these neckband headsets. Most recently I used a Plantronics Voyager 6200, until the wires began to fray. I wanted to mention that so that you can understand why I might be a harsher judge than if I had only ever tried this particular headset. I expect too much from my headsets, especially from what I am willing to pay!I'm giving this one 4 stars. My callers can hear me clearly most of the time. Only occasionally are background noises near me so loud to my caller that it hurts their ears and they must hang up in self-defense. To be fair, that did happen once in a long while even with the expensive Plantronics unit. The weird thing is sometimes, it's not a loud noise near me that triggers pain my callers ear, it's a noise that *I* can barely hear, and I'm surprised the microphones can even pick it up! There may be other, louder noises near me, but my caller is overwhelmed by the sound of something that's happening in another room. Also, if I am in an enclosed area (like an attic, or small room, or if my head is inside a cabinet) then my caller is auditorily assaulted by the smallest, quietest of noises. Tapping my fingernail on a piece of wood sounds like a gun going off near their ear. I can imagine you wondering why I would test my headset with my head inside a cabinet. I'm a service technician and I'm often working in small spaces! Anyway... these kind of issues are pretty standard for these neckbands. The voyager 6200 has been the best quality of all I tried, but it lasted less than a year and those dangling earbuds were constantly getting torn off. This BCS 700 retracts out of my way when I'm not using. I know some of you may want to know how music sounds on it. I can't help with that. Music sounds more or less fine on all of em that I've tried, including this one. I listen to podcasts, watch youtube videos, and maybe some Netflix. It all sounds fine. I've got some hearing loss, but it's loud enough for me to hear. I don't even have it turned all the way up. I have an 18.5" neck and wish this device was a little bigger. I think use tiny models in all the pictures so it looks like it hangs down on the lower joint of the collarbone. But for me, most of these b.a.r.e.l.y. make it around my whole neck, including this one. But it does. make it. mostly. For this price, I can deal with the call quality being slightly less than ideal. I hope this helps someone make a decision!---------- Above was my original 4 star review for bcs 700. They came out with the pro model which is no good at all. Now they've come out with the exfit 800 flex. Also no good. returned mine after 1 day. for 4 hours it was good, then just went haywire, "gaming mode on" "gaming mode off", right speaker quit working for a bit. I thumped it and it came back on at half the volume of the left speaker. Just terrible

transmits clothing noises- no way to initiate a call through the controls
I was tired of having a different brand continually fail me after a few months, so I ordered this Exfit 700. it's ok, but not what it should be. I asked seller to give me directions I could read, so they were emailed. They did not address the questions I posted to the seller. There is no way to signal your phone that you wish to make a call.VERY BAD FAILURE! You should be able to signal SIRI you wish to make a call without picking up your phone.I guess ASIANs fiddle with their phones all day long and never get work accomplished. I run 2 businesses. I don't need to be putting the phone in my hand all day long. It is bad form for employees to see me fiddling all day with the damned phone! It is also a huge waste of time to NOT be able to say SIRI! Call ________!AS it is, I have to constantly be picking up the phone to yell at SIRI! THis is not safe when driving. In the past with the OTHER brand, I could toggle one of the buttons and ask SIRI to make the call. This is Bad Bad design. What are these people thinking??? Do they only use the phone in the subway, and walk around with it in their face all day? Frankly, I do not want to be seen as that kind of person. It's just stupid looking.APPLE, in their complete stupidity, made their phone super sensitive, so that any movement of the phone prior to completing my call will cause it to hang up. That makes it even more necessary for the earbuds to work correctly. As it is, I have to pick up the phone while driving and it invariably hangs up the call when I put the phone down. VERY UNSAFE!A second issue is how much noise it passes through the phone and magnifies it. I have noticed when I am on a call, that every move creates a rustling noise which must be very annoying to the person being called. I have had many comments about this, more so than the other brand.I have no idea how this was supposed to be used, if not for making phone calls. Apparently, some Asians do not make calls, they just receive them. And can the rest of the world only be using these for jogging or working out, to listen to music? Serious failing!
