I’m a female and I use these compression pants all the time they’re absolutely fantastic! I work outside, and these do an amazing job protecting my legs while keeping me comfortable throughout the day. They’re breathable, flexible, and hold up really well even with constant wear. I love that they fit perfectly and don’t slide down or bunch up. I wear them for work, workouts, and even just running errands. Definitely worth it I’d 100% buy them again!

I purchased these leggings for cycling during the colder and wetter winter and spring seasons. Shortly after I purchased them, I went cycling on a 38-degree morning. I was amazed at how warm they kept my legs. After about 15 minutes into the ride, they felt like room temperature. That's a first for me! The materials in these leggings have less wicking ability than other brands I have owned. As such, I do not recommend them for days warmer than the upper 50s because they get too warm at my level of exercise. If you exercise at a more gentle pace they will probably work just fine. I also like the fit of these leggings. I'm 5' 8" , 138 pounds with a slim runner/cyclist body, and the small size fits perfect.
